During our recent stay, we found the hotel to be ideally located with easy access to the city center and breathtaking views of the rocky seashore. Our room was cozy and clean, although it appeared slightly aged. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel provided secure garages for bike storage, a small gym, and sauna. However, the dinner menu was not impressive and could only be described as being of average quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained grounds and a clean room. The hotel facilities were impressive, with two pools and a bar offering evening entertainment. The location was perfect, close to the city center and with amazing views of the rocky seashore. Additionally, the breakfast was superb, with a wide selection and the option to have eggs and pancakes made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us during our stay.

The rooms at Universal Grand Leon & Spa were cozy and comfortable, with twin beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the side views of the sea. The large terrace with sunbeds was perfect for soaking up the sun. The air-conditioning kept the room cool, and the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. as a guest who values relaxation and comfort, I really enjoyed my stay.

Personally, I found the bathroom facilities a bit outdated. However, I understand that others might still find them satisfactory.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty treatments offered at the spa centre. The staff provided excellent service, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. The beach access and location near the city centre were also convenient.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the quality of the dining experience. While the restaurant had an extensive menu, the dinner service was slow and the food was not up to par with the other exclusive features of this venue.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The swimming pool was the best I've ever seen and perfect for relaxing and cooling off. I was blown away by the location, with direct access to the sea and stunning views. The decoration throughout the hotel was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond by cleaning the room three times a day, ensuring everything was always impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Liked the hotel: had an enjoyable Easter stay with my family. The delicious meals served at the restaurant were a highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed the beautiful seafront location and the opportunity to take long walks along the coast. the hotel's spacious and clean rooms contributed significantly to our stay's comfort.

Disliked the lack of information: unfortunately, we struggled to learn about the activities available at the hotel and its surroundings. We would have appreciated having more information available about excursions, boat trips, and other activities to make the most of our stay.

This hotel was a very nice surprise! The staff were very helpful at all times and could not do enough for us. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and the location was right on the sea front with great walks. The hotel is close to city center, with amazing view to rocky seashore. Very spacious with own garden, 2 pools and bar with evening entertainment. The room was cozy, clean but a bit old. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Food was generally of high standard, lots of options for breakfast including some dishes cooked on demand. Great selection and quality of spa treatments as well. The entire place was extremely clean, and the cleaning crew would come back a second time in the afternoon to ask if anything else was needed.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff, Food, Facilities and Location

Just got back from a fantastic holiday! The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to help us. We loved the food, especially that we could choose from the whole buffet but also order mains at our table. The gym and sauna were a great touch, and we enjoyed being able to securely store our bikes. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with a bar offering great snacks. The hotel is in a prime location for walks by the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking.

The one negative aspect was that the room furnishings were slightly dated and could use a bit of a makeover, but honestly, this didn't affect our stay in the slightest. We still had a very comfortable stay and would happily return!

The pool area is the ideal place to relax and unwind, with 3500m2 of gardens, a sunbed zone, and a chill-out area. The rooms have incredible sea views that can be enjoyed from the cozy furnished balcony. This is the perfect hotel for cyclists who come to the island to enjoy their favorite sport, offering exclusive services and amenities for them. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the large sunbeds area, provide a great environment to chill out and relax in the sun.
